Dr. Colin M. Peeler, BCBA
President and Consultant
Dr. Colin M. Peeler earned his Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from Washington State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Peeler has served as the Coordinator of the Master’s program in Psychology and as a Professor at Florida State University in Panama City for the past five years. During his time at FSU-PC Dr. Peeler taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Psychology, established and served as the Director of ABOVE ALL, FSU PC’s in home treatment program for children with autism.
Dr. Peeler has been providing therapy to children with autism and teaching others how to do the same for over 10 years. Dr. Peeler’s true passion is helping children and their parents live better lives and as such decided to establish Behavior Solutions, Inc. so he could focus his efforts on that purpose. He has presented over 60 papers at state and national conferences, been published in scholarly journals, and conducted many workshops, staff trainings and invited lectures around the country. His expertise lies in the areas of early intervention for children with autism, parent and staff training, and dealing with behavior problems. Dr. Peeler is the proud father of
2 boys and devoted husband. Dr. Peeler enjoys outdoor activities and
has recently started competing in triathlons, completing his first
Half Ironman with intentions to complete a full Ironman next

Angie Peeler, MEd, BCBA
Vice President and Consultant
Angie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from
the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Masters of Education with an
emphasis in Behavior Analysis from Eastern Washington University, and is
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Angie was a classroom teacher
for 8 years, working in both the general and special education settings
before she and Dr. Peeler decided to open Behavior Solutions, Inc. so
they could work more intensively with families and their children.
She has experience working with children with varying exceptionalities
including autism, language impairments, learning disabilities, behavior
disorders, and emotional handicaps. Angie is committed to helping
children and families improve their quality of life. Angie is the
proud wife of Dr. Colin Peeler and the mother of two wonderful boys. Contact

Tawnya Crider, BS, BCABA Consultant
Tawnya earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida
State University and is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst.
She studied under Dr. Colin Peeler at FSU and has been providing
therapy for over a year and a half. Tawnya has experience working
with adults and children with a wide range of developmental disabilities
including autism, Fragile X Syndrome, Downs Syndrome and Rubinstein-Taybi
Syndrome. She loves improving the lives of her clients, whether
she is providing Intensive Behavioral Therapy programs for children
with autism, working with children and adults to increase their
independence or teaching caregivers to decrease and manage non-compliance
and aggressive behaviors. Tawnya is a loving wife and is actively

Heidi Blaylock, MA, BCBA
Consultant
Heidi earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from
Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master of Arts Degree in
Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from the University of
Nevada, Reno, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has five
years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and
adults with developmental disabilities. During these five years Heidi
has worked within organizations and school districts around the St.
Louis area providing therapy, consultation, training, and conducting
assessments. Heidi was most recently involved with coordinating an early
childhood special education autism program for a large school district.
She is passionately committed to all of the individuals that she
supports. Increasing an individual's quality of life through behavioral
changes has been a fulfilling part of her professional career. Heidi
enjoys theater, travel, visiting family: especially her niece and
nephews, and spending time at the Missouri Botanical Garden with her

Jami Jenks, MEd, BCBA
Consultant
Jami received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Kentucky
Wesleyan College, Master of Education Degree in Special Education
with an emphasis on autism from the University of Louisville and is a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been working with children with autism and related
disorders for nine years. Before moving to St. Louis, Jami provided services in Louisville,
Kentucky and Raleigh, North Carolina. She has provided services in a variety of settings, including
public schools, client homes and in a private school devoted exclusively
to educating children with autism. Jami is dedicated to meeting the special
needs of her clients and their families. She enjoys working in her yard and playing with her dog. Contact

Tami Galensky-Pentz, MS, BCBA
Consultant
Tami has a Bachelor's in Psychology from
West Virginia
University, a Masters in Clinical Psychology (Behavior Analysis and
Therapy track) from
North Dakota
State
University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Tami
has been working in the field of behavior analysis for the last 12 years
in a variety of positions including: independent consultant to
public school districts and families, ABA Coordinator at
St. Louis
County
Special
School District
, behavior analyst at state institutions such as
Arlington
Developmental
Center
, and the prestigious
Princeton
Child
Development
Center
and the
May
Center
for Child Development. Her interests
include using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to assess
and treat problem behavior and to educate children with autism and those
working and caring for them. Tami is interested in the combined
use of discrete trial therapy, the analysis of verbal behavior (AVB/ VBT),
incidental teaching (natural environment training/ natural language
paradigm), ABA small groups (direct instruction), individualized
pictorial reinforcement/token systems, and shaping in facilitating
appropriate stimulus control over learning.
Tami has published 8 studies in peer reviewed scholarly journals
and presented at workshops and conferences around the country.
Tami
also serves as the secretary for the Missouri Association for Behavior
Analysis and coordinates and teaches for the ABA Certificate Program
offered by
Washington
University
in
St. Louis. She enjoys spending time with her husband and playing with their dogs.

Jennifer (Jen) Brosh, MS, BCBA (eligible)
Consultant
Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan
College, a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University at
Carbondale and took additional coursework at University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jennifer's expertise lies in prevention of child
abuse and neglect, behavior management with adolescents exhibiting
severe behavior problems, and providing behavior therapy services to
children and adults with autism and other developmental
disabilities. She has worked in a variety of settings
including residential facilities for adolescents, client homes and
vocational workshops for adults. Her interests in the field include
Direct Instruction, staff training and skill acquisition. Jennifer is
very committed to improving the quality of life of all individuals that
she serves. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys watching college
basketball, playing tennis and swimming.

Joline Ramirez, MS, BCBA (eligible)
Consultant
Joline earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Florida
State University with and emphasis and certification in Performance
Management. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Behavior Analysis
from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has worked
extensively with families for the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
Joline has also provided services to adults and children with
developmental disabilities focusing on teaching self-help skills,
toileting, and addressing behavior problems. Joline has a study pending publication in a
peer reviewed journal and has presented presentations and posters at professional
conferences. Joline is interested in the use of technology in behavior
analysis, parent and staff training, behavior disorders, autism and
behavior drift. Joline enjoys reading, biking, kayaking, camping and
participating in various outdoor activities with her fiancé. Contact
