Job Title: Behavior Consultant (full time)

Job Description: Consultant to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities, their families, schools and residential placements conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, training relevant parties and providing ongoing support. Services to be provided include: problem specific consultation, intensive in-home ABA program development and training for children with autism, staff training, and school consultations.

Qualifications: Certification as BCBA preferred, BCABA considered. Ideal applicant should have good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain good working relationships with families and other professionals, have good time management skills, and behavioral consulting experience.

Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and training, include good health benefits, and professional liability coverage.

Job Title: Implementer (part time)

Job Description: Implementers are responsible for one on one teaching sessions with young children with autism using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques. Implementers provide services at child's home. Supervision and training is provided by Behavior Solutions consultants. 

Qualifications: Ideal applicant should have experience teaching/working with children, good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain good working relationships with families and other professionals, have good time management skills, and enjoy working with kids. Job specific training is provided.

Compensation: Starting rate is $9/hr.
